She's a Masked Lovebird. Mine is called a Lutino Lovebird. They are as smart as the big parrots, but in a tiny body. The major difference, though, is that most Lovebirds don't talk. They can, but most won't. And they get only 4-5 inches tall and weigh around 2-5 ounces.

But they are definitely the 'clowns' of the parrot world, as Miss Pico lovie above perfectly shows! lol
