there is a trick to know if the bird is a she or a he
u put a finger on their butt and feel around If u feel that there are two bones with plenty of separation female, if it feels more closed male

Yeah, I've heard that before. It should be done when the birds are adults and not this small. Besides it's not 100% accurate. :)

oyeah, in this phase they seem like a hedgehog with a peck XD i remember when my calopsita put 4 eggs and they hatched, hauahuahua cute phase, always so curious with that look 'what you gonna do to me?' when you get them in your hand LOL

I think the bluish parts are just the skin/feather roots but they all will come out as green. Blue is a pale mutation, won't be seen with the red beak one (bright/yellowish mutation). :)
