Well, telling u the truth, I used to have an idea to build a small aviary and sell the chicks later. So I bought some pairs but 1 flew away and 3 died. I realized then how much it hurt me when I lost them, how much I actually have fallen for them and I don't think I will have the heart to sell them to others because here in my country, lovebirds are known as singing birds like canaries, not as companion parrots. They will be placed in a small cage like this: [link] with no toys and no socialization. So I promised to myself not to sell my birds even if some are not tamed, even if God let me have a chick. Four months later the leftover 4 birds become 2 new pairs and 2 months later, on my birthday, 1 of the pair finally had a chick, which is Papao.
