Mini lovebird by emmil Mini lovebird by emmil
Pocky is growing up but his size is still under the normal size of babies in his age. She looks like a chibi version Papao. :D

Would you like to buy some calendars of my lovebirds?

Even if Pocky stays small, it'll just add to how adorable he looks! I LOVE that coloring on lovebirds.

Is there such a thing as dwarf/pigmy lovebirds?

I don't know, but if there's a dwarf/stunted human, probably animals have their own version too ^^;

Too cute, A few months ago I found two little laughing dove nestlings and raised them. I had them for two months and then let them go.

I think so, Laughing dove usually like to nest in my palm trees. So these two should be building a nest of their own sometime next year.

It would.

These little things were very affectionate. I would walk up to the cage and when I opened the latch the would just fly out at me and perch on my shoulder and did not want to be put back. Like I said I love birds but I don't like to keep them caged so when I feel its to let them go, I do.

I want to get a pair of these big breasted pigeons. They are very fancy but hard to get where I live. I have a customer who had some and I think she may sell me some hatch-lings.

I have had all kinds of birds. My favorite so far have been Chickens. Chickens are fantastic little creatures. They are very smart and can be like dogs. When I had my last batch I started out with a pair and they had something like 7 chicks that all got super big and very pretty. I had them loose in the yard so when I got home from work they would be waiting for me and when they saw me they would just stick by me and follow me in the morning. My neighbors surprisingly were not bothered by them in the morning. My older male never let me over sleep. If it had finished singing and I was still asleep it would start pecking at my window in order to wake me.

Even if he don't catch up in size he will be awesome, one of a kind, little blackie hauhauahahuaa, if he has under development be sure he will have strong compensations in other areas, maybe more lovely? He will be okay and grow health i'm sure, hope the leg got better too, i like this little fella he looks very cheerful.

best wishes for you all.

Awww! And I LOVE this color. I think Papao is the most beautiful of your birds, though of course they are all gorgeous in their own way. :nod:

You're making me want a lovebird. And I can seriously not do another bird. *lol*

Yeah, if only pets never got sick and I had a kennel boy to help me clean their colony cage more than once a week, I'd probably end up with 50 parrots. But since I'm a single fighter, I think 7 is quite a lot of folk to handle by myself.

I only have two, and that's enough :D
But mine are larger than your lovebirds, also. Very noisy and demanding.
