This is the colony cage, it's 3x3x3 meter, you can get inside and read a book, that if you can stand the harassment from the birds though. XD

Crushing beaks and nails would be worth it though

Not too big, only about 3x3x3 meters. Look big perhaps because the citizens there are lovebirds, not macaws. :XD: My main reasons to built it are because it's easier to clean a colony cage than some bird battery/indoor cages and it'll make my birds less stressed and bored. :D

That's almost as big as my room  i guess its easier to clean it. Is it an outdoor cage? or do you have to move the birds inside when winter comes?

It's outdoor and I live in a tropical country.
Send us the snow! :eager:

That must be great for the birds, plus they fly all day long, and they always seem happy in your photos
I would but the snow hasn't come yet...just rain

They are all wing clipped. But they are not depressed because of this since there is a lot of ropes and those wired walls to climb, not to mention all those chew toys and mates to preen each other. Why wing clipping? My cage is outdoor, so if I forget to close the door they can fly away and never come back, especially the wild ones. I lost 1 bird this way before.

I understand...my first birds were 2 budgies, unfortunately one of them died so i bought another one so the one i still had wouldn't feel lonely and i used to let them fly in my room but one day someone from the house i still don't know who, opened the window and it flew away...its sad when we lose them like that because they can't really take care of themselves on they're own. Hope that never happens to any of your birds ever again.:)

Well, since they are wing clipped regularly, they can't escaped by flying away now.
Fyi, I don't wing clip their feathers too much, only 5 on each wing and only half way of those feathers so they can still fly/jump about a half meter high, just like chickens do.
